Registration for the 2013 season is now closed, and rosters are in the process of being set. Team captains will be reaching out to their players in the coming weeks, with the game schedule to be uploaded to the web soon.

Stonebridge Country Club – Friday, June 28th, 2013
Inaugural BMSL Classic

Time: 9AM, this might move slightly as the event gets closer
Entry Fee: $90 Per player- $360/foursome-Includes Golf and a cart, Buffet Lunch Spread and Prize Money
Format: 4 Man Scramble
Prizes: TBD based upon # of entrants, minimum 1st 3 places for awards /closest to the pin, longest drive award

As a start, I need to get foursome captains to submit their name with $180 check for the foursome by April 20th, 2013. We will determine the time and rather it will be shotgun or not. Because this is the first year, we won’t be able to have a lot of last minute entries. This is open to all BMSL members, friends and relatives.

This is a “for fun event”, an opportunity to get together away from the softball field. The after golf event will spill over to the Derryfield Deck following the round. We may run a small raffle or putting contest fundraiser that day, but we will likely allow some kids to run that event separately from the entry fee.

Please send your checks care of the BMSL to MikeMcGown, 8 Pond Point Drive, Bedford, NH 03110 by April 20th, 2013. For signup purposes, I just need the captain’s name, phone and email. I will contact you later for details.

How to set your attendance

One of the responsibilities that most captains would rather not do, is to continually call and email to find out who will be playing in the upcoming game(s). That’s why the game attendance feature was created for the BMSL site. To make sure everyone knows about it and how to use it, we created a video about it.

Opening Day is Sunday, May 6th

The season starts on Sunday at Chubbuck Field. Three games are on tap starting at 4:00 PM in the afternoon.

2012 BMSL Registration is NOW OPEN!

The Bedford Men’s Softball League registration is now open for the 2011 season! The BMSL is open to men at least 30 Years of Age who live or work in Bedford. Games are played May thru August, at Chubbuck field on Sunday afternoons and evenings as well as Tuesday and Thursday evenings, and culminate with playoffs and a One Pitch Tournament.

Player Fee for this season is $130 and checks may be written to Bedford Men’s Softball League or paid online via a credit card. If you are interested in playing please SIGNUP HERE and fill in all the information. If you elect to pay by check instead of online, then send the completed forms (signed), along with a check made out to Bedford Men’s Softball League to Derek Danis’ address on the forms.

If you are interested in sponsoring a team also, you can pay that $200 fee at the same time. If you’ve already registered and just want to pay the sponsorship fee, pay here!

The deadline to sign up is March 30th so please sign up early. We are looking forward to a great 2012 season!
